Event Rental Options

We offer flexible rental options for a variety of events. Enjoy private use of The Train Depot building and dedicated parking lot with the following packages:

  • Private Events (Non-Charity):

    • Up to 50 Guests: $750 for up to 4 hours, with an additional $200 per hour thereafter.
    • Up to 100 Guests: $1,200 for up to 4 hours, with an additional $300 per hour thereafter.
  • Charity Events:

    • Up to 50 Guests: $550 for up to 4 hours, with an additional $150 per hour thereafter.
    • Up to 100 Guests: $850 for up to 4 hours, with an additional $250 per hour thereafter.
