The Train Depot hosts thoughtfully curated markets in a beautiful historic setting, offering affordable rates, easy load-in/load-out, and a supportive, inclusive environment. We welcome handmade goods, fresh food, art, fashion, and unique experiences, along with live music and interactive entertainment.

A themed monthly night market for artists, designers, and creatives. Youth-focused, all ages welcome.

Vendor Pricing (2026)

10’ x 10’ Vendor Space — Single Day: $35

Food Truck Space: $45 per day

Add-Ons:
Electric ($5) · Chairs ($3 each) · 4’ Table ($8 each)

Multi-Date Discount:
Vendors booking 5 or more market dates receive $5 off per market day.

Multi-Date Price: $30 per market day

Full Season Vendor Rate: $22 per market day
(Must be able to commit to 23 out of 26 market days. No refunds for missed days.)

 

 

Full-Season Vendor Benefits

Full-season vendors help shape the heart of our market and receive a few added perks, including:

  • A monthly vendor meetup to connect, share feedback, and build community with the occasional meeting topic

  • Opportunities to be highlighted in our newsletter and promotions

  • A more consistent, semi-permanent space assignment throughout the season


Vendor Guidelines

  • At least 75% of products must be grown or handmade

  • No MLMs or full wholesale storefronts (clothing approved case by case)

  • No alcohol sales

  • Vendors must maintain a kind, respectful, and inclusive presence

 

Application & Booking Process

All vendors must submit the application below to be considered. After reviewing applications, we will follow up to confirm fit, availability, and dates.

What to expect:

  1. Submit the vendor application below

  2. We review and follow up to confirm details and finalize dates

  3. Approved vendors receive a DocuSign agreement

  4. Payment is collected through a third-party payment platform sent from us.
    (We do not accept cash or checks)

 
 

Application Timeline:

We do our best to reply to applications within 3 business days. We will email you with dates that are available for your category. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see our email. We may follow up with a text to let you know we have sent a response.

Please note that submission does not guarantee placement. Vendor approval is based on product type, availability, and overall market balance.
