Event Rentals at The Train Depot

The Train Depot offers a charming, rustic setting for unforgettable gatherings, from weddings and private celebrations to corporate functions and community events. Nestled within nearly one acre of level, lush fields and surrounded by three acres of tranquil woodlands, our 1,000 sq ft historic building and scenic outdoor area provide a versatile and picturesque backdrop to make your event memorable. With options for both indoor and outdoor setups, our venue easily accommodates diverse event needs, large or small.

 

Rental Options and Availability

Weekdays (Monday-Friday) :8 AM – 8 PM: 

Available for bookings up to 125 guests.

Weekends (Saturday-Sunday): 

First Weekend of Each Month: Full-day rentals available from 8 AM – 8 PM.

Remaining Weekends: Available from 3 PM onwards for private events.

 Available for bookings up to 125 guests.

 

Our standard rental includes exclusive use of the building and field areas, and we welcome inquiries for non-private community events. All events must be approved by the property owner. 

2025 Event Rental Rates

Our rates are tailored for various event sizes and needs:

January 1 – March 20 (Special Rates):

 Up to 50 Guests: $200/hour (4-hour minimum)

Up to 125 Guests: $300/hour (4-hour minimum)

After March 20 (Regular Rates):

Weekday Rentals (Monday-Friday):

Up to 50 Guests: $300/hour (4-hour minimum)

Up to 125 Guests: $400/hour (4-hour minimum)

Weekend Rentals (Saturday-Sunday):

Up to 50 Guests: $350/hour (4-hour minimum)

Up to 125 Guests: $450/hour (4-hour minimum)

Please Note: Alcohol sales are not permitted on the premises.
