Small Private Events with 45 Guests or Fewer
We offer simple hourly pricing for smaller events with 45 guests or less.
Weekend Rate
$175 per hour
Available Saturdays only, based on availability
Not available on Sundays or during Second Saturday Night Market dates

$145 per hour
Rental Minimum
2-hour minimum
Each rental also includes 2 additional hours total for cleaning and transition time:
- 1 hour before your event
- 1 hour after your event
This helps give you time to get settled, set up, and wrap up without feeling rushed.
Our standard rental includes exclusive use of the building and field areas, and we welcome inquiries for non-private community events. All events must be approved by the property owner, including those taking place solely outdoors.
